A lotus flower. Mystical. Magic. An element stretching back to the many years culminating in China's culture and history. This dessert dish ends a spectacular dinner. A banquet of such imperialism  goes hand in hand with a blockbuster event held at Putrajaya, Marriott Hotel.

new kid on the blog - there is not much chance of taking photos of the food as it is a formal luncheon but there are plently of photos on the event on my Picturesque Blog.

cantik la the dessert! no more photos of the other dishes you had? actually i do understand if its quite difficult to take food photos at a formal dinner! but luckily you managed to take a shot of the pretty dessert! :)

lingzie - paiseh to say that the photo of the dessert is the only shot I have... only manage to take that shot since it is the last dish and that is the time most people start to move around.

squall - it sure is a beauty ... took some time admiring it before eating it.

penangtuapui - the dessert eventually end up in my tummy lor but at least still have the photo.

duckie - it is an eight course luncheon. Most of the food are very delicious. This dessert which caught my attention is not only beautiful but also very tasty :)

buzzingbee - most people agree with you too. Hope we will be able to come across such skillful presentation in our very own Pg restaurants :)
